WEITZ GOLF INTERNATIONAL WINS CLUBHOUSE OF THE YEAR TOP HONORS
Montverde, Florida, Weitz Golf International is pleased to announce that Bella Collina has been awarded top Clubhouse of the Year honors by Golf Inc Magazine. Bella Collina was honored as the top finisher in the private club category.
Designed by renowned clubhouse architects, MAI Design of Denver CO, and built by Weitz Golf for Ginn Development International, this project includes a 63,000 square foot Clubhouse, Spa and a 1,800 square foot Gatehouse. All of the buildings in the project reflect a Tuscan theme with exterior materials including natural stone veneer, heavy timber, aged stucco and barrel tile roofing. Interior finishes make extensive use of wood flooring and ceilings, heavy timber, plaster and stone.

The 36 Million dollar clubhouse was completed in 18 months. It is the second clubhouse to be built for Ginn Development, following the 82,400 s.f. Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie, FL.
