Weitz provided preconstruction and construction services on this 65,000 square foot medical facility. The facility provides several services to patients including outpatient, examinations, surgical procedures and physical therapy. The building features a two-story atrium that serves as a patient waiting area. Construction is a steel frame with precast and masonry exterior.
Ten years after original construction, Weitz completed a 24,000 square foot, one-story addition to the facility. The addition included five surgery suites, men and women locker rooms, and a water feature. The facility also includes pre-operative and post-operative recovery areas as well as three overnight stay rooms. The addition included office and filing areas and laboratory space.
